The Lions and Cubs faced the Wollongong Mustangs for the second time this season in Week 8.

The Lions faced the UNSW Raiders in the foundation shovel match, and a rematch of last years Waratah Bowl. The UNSW Raiders came out winners by a score of 33-0. 

The Lions record now stands at 2-2 for the season.

Both the Lions & Cubs now shift their focus to matchups against the Nepean Ducks on Saturday 2nd November at Vikings RUC, Wollongong.

This is a big game for the Cubs, as both the Cubs (4-0) and Ducks (4-0) are the remaining undefeated teams in the Colts division.
